Are prices negotiable? Only with bundle deals. Grab a few pieces and ask at the counter.
Do you put items on hold? Yes. If requested we offer a 24 hour hold.
When do new drops come in? Every Friday at the UH store, and we post new pieces online as they come in.
Are the clothes washed? Yes. Every piece is washed before it goes on the website.
Can I drop off clothes I want to sell? Yes. Drop off a bag with your name and contact information at the UH store and you'll receive an offer within 24 hours. Or message us on Instagram @newerathrifted. See Sell / Trade.
Shipping
How much is shipping? Flat $6 anywhere in the US. Free on orders over $50.
How fast? Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days from our UH store.
Can I pick up in store? Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and grab it at the UH store during open hours. It's free.
Orders and sizing
Is everything one of a kind? Yes. Every piece is a single item, so once it sells it's gone.
How do sizes work? Vintage sizing runs different from modern. We list the tag size and measurements on each product. When in doubt, go by the measurements.
Can I return something? Vintage is sold as is, so please check the measurements and photos. If something arrives not as described, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Events
What is Fill-A-Bag? One ticket, one bag, fill it with whatever fits. Tickets and dates are on the Fill-A-Bag page.
How often do you have the $35 Fill-A-Bag event? Every last weekend of each month at the UH store.
Do you host events? Yes. Local Fridays, run club, pop-ups and student org nights. See Events.
